We had a great experience renting the 2025 Toyota Tacoma! The truck was clean, comfortable, and drove perfectly. The pickup location was convenient, and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. I would definitely rent from them again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The car needed maintenance and he kept asking me to take it to the shop during my trip. This should have been done BEFORE I rented it. I'm not doing that. Not my responsibility. Also the cruise control did not work which sucks for a 6 hour road trip. Also the driver door wouldn't unlock sometimes and there was no key so I had to crawl in from the passenger side. Terrible experience.

Cruise control is working fine and door locks are normal, if I had time to service I would have done it, had to mention service due and offered to pay mark refused and disregarded the situation, i would not rent to mark again.
