Pickup was not very communicative.
•Driver did not leave what parking color vehicle was placed at.
• Cards in vehicle were not operable
•Host claim that he mentioned parking fee but I have no memory of such.
•Vehicle was parked at 12:02am but flight landed at 11:50… seemed as though a rush job.. (ca/host) made it seem as vehicle was already parked and in location.
• had to pay parking fee but instead was credited to only return back in half a tank of gas. (Agreeable)

We apologize for the pickup confusion. Although the parking color was not initially provided, we responded within 30 seconds of being contacted. As a courtesy, we reimbursed the parking fee and allowed the vehicle to be returned with half a tank of gas. We also provided free delivery and covered the return parking cost. We appreciate the feedback and will continue improving our pickup instructions.
Car was clean. Everything worked as expected. Pick up and return was a breeze.

I’m not a Jeep guy, let alone a yellow Jeep guy. But, the Gladiator was awesome. Perfect for our family vacation to our Florida vacation home - Beach trips and Home Depot. The color actually grew on me too 😂. Excellent communication with Roy. Will definitely rent again.
