Transmission failed to work properly. I was left waiting for a tow truck from 9pm to 4am. The host never once offered an apology for the situation. I'm more disappointed in the host than the failure of the Transmission. Mistakes happen and as a paying customer I expected to receive a little better feed back than what was given. I urge you to do better. Good luck with the Ford ranger and all of your other vehicles.
Thank you for your feedback. The vehicle operated normally on the first day with no warning lights. After the guest extended the trip, the vehicle would not move. Guest spoke with a mechanic which I arranged. The mechanic confirmed a transmission issue, and towing was arranged through Turo per protocol. We requested towing details via Turo messages but did not receive a response. The vehicle returned with a check engine light; our mechanic noted due to not towing properly, which is prohibited.
