Very accommodating and generous host. The pickup and drop-off instructions were clear and easy to follow. We didn’t experience any hassle at all. The car wasn’t the cleanest when we received it, but I spoke to Cheng about it and he handled the feedback professionally. Would definitely book with him again next time.

Good vehicle, well maintained. No need to pay for oversized parking with this truck and serves the purpose. Does have an option to get snow chains which is really good. We didn't need them as the tires can handle some rain and snow. Professional communication with the host.
