The communication with Eric was below the bare minimum, and that was disappointing because this was my first time using this app and I was unsure of what the protocol was. He refused to change my check in time by an hour with a week notice, and that made pick up and drop off logistics much more complicated for me as I explained to him in my request.
The check engine light came on the last day of my rental and when I asked him about it I was ignored. The truck did what I needed it to, but it was dirty and it shakes very badly when you break downhill, and often jolts unexpectedly.
