Everything went well except for a false late charge. I returned and checked in the vehicle 30 minutes before the communicated check in time (which had inexplicably changed by 4 hours). This is mostly an issue with Turo, but the host hasn’t stepped in to help with this frustrating issue. Turo customer service has been bad to work with.
The vehicle was great (clean, no issues).
