It was a fun experience. The truck was vey dirty when we picked it up, and plastic sail panel flew off on the interstate that I had to track down.
The FSD was great, especially when in a high congestion area like DC, it a life saver. The host was also responsive. I think a partial refund for spending a couple hours tracking down the very expensive tonneau cover and tailgate control panel would be justified in this instance.
Another renter would have just went meh… but I tracked it down, ran down the shoulder of the interstate, then reinstalled it.
