First time using Turo, app was easy to use. Locating the car would have been a breeze if the license plate number matched the description, has to send host a message. Once we started the drive the tire pressure turned on 😒 got to my destination send him a picture or a nail inside the tire. Very inconvenient to have to stop what we had to do and go to a tire shop to get it patched. Host called me and told me to just put air! I told him I would not drive like that considering it’s not my vehicle and I was driving with my family. Not worth risking anything happening. He told me he would reimburse me for the patch. Overall car drove smoothly.
