If you would like to pick up or drop off at a different location, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Pick up or drop off the car can be very easy. Pick up and drop off at the designated location Absolutely NO off-roading; damage including scratches, burning the tires, brakes or transmission etc. NO aggressive speeding/driving. Drive the car on the highway and in the city only. **Please report any damage to the vehicle immediately.** We take great pride in keeping our vehicles clean. To prevent the spread of germs, every vehicle is sanitized and cleaned with anti-bacterial before and after each trip. Please do your part in keeping the vehicle clean for all renters to enjoy! ***All vehicles are NON-SMOKING. A smoking violation will incur a $150 fee. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to lessen the incident of an allergic reaction from a guest & there will be a $200 fee for pet hair cleanup*** Absolutely no alcohol, pets, smoking or vaping inside of the car. (Fees will be applied) To ensure a smooth transaction and avoid a no-show fee, please upload the following mandatory items to "trip photos" before picking up the car and within 24 hours of the trip start: 1. A photo of your drivers license 2. A photo of you holding the drivers license next to you i.e. a selfie. *YOU MAY HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED WITH YOUR LICENSE WHEN SETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT, HOWEVER, TURO REQUIRES GUESTS TO CHECK-IN WITH THE LICENSE BEFORE THE START OF A TRIP.* To receive the car key, please make sure your drivers license information matches the information on the booking on Turo's app i.e. name, date of birth, etc. *Upon completion of the trip, any incidentals will be invoiced to you (e.g tolls, fuel, parking charges, parking tickets and cleaning if car is not returned in its original condition).
