Sorry but unfortunately this has to be my first bad experience with Turo. "Please Brittney you need to vastly improve on your communication skills. Very poor indeed"
The whole time I reached out to Brittney, it would take awhile for her to respond. I even went to the lenth of contacting Turos customer service to get my message across. Co-host Mr Devon Lane did a much better job. Thank you.
Now 3rd day into having the vehicle, the key fob malfunctioned. Reached out to Brittney and again the response was not in a timely manner. Mr Devon the co-host took upon himself to reach back and corresponded more efficiently.
For 2 and a half days I wasnt able to use the vehicle due to the key fob issue. Paid postal fees for the spare key fob to be shipped for which Mr Lane did just that.
But in addition I had to pay for a technician from a car dealership to reset n reprogram the key fob to function again.
Vehicle was exceptionally good. But honestly what was really irritating n annoying was the rapid loud noise that the engine was making when driven. Just my personal observation I might be wrong but somehow when I pressed on the excellerator for the vehcile to speed up it kind of consumed alot gas. Please you guys need to look into getting that fixed.

The truck looked good and drove good but was making a real loud sound while driving that was kinda hard to ignored I notified host she was very communicative about it another than that small issue it was great would definitely rent from this host again
