It is always a pleasure booking with this host. I highly recommend booking. They are very professional. And always make it easy for pick up and drop off. I will definitely be booking with this host again.

Clean car great communication

It was really easy to pick the car up, it was in great shape didn't stink it was clean. But after not even 24 hours it broke down on us on the highway and we were unable to get a replacement truck. That's not their fault at all but the truck broke down and that put a huge wrinkle and everything we were trying to do. I tried messaging host the night that it happened and it took 48 hours to get them to reply back to me. I had The car towed to safety for them or else it would have been in a police impound lot so that's cool... I understand vehicles break down and maybe they didn't have any thing to do with that but if you're going to rent turos and this is your business then you should be available to answer the phone should something happen and that didn't happen.. And now all of our tools are still in that truck and I'm trying to find out where it's at so I've reached out to the host once again and they're not messaging me back.

Truck gets the job done but was pretty dirty, had to clean the windshield and there’s crumbs in back and a sticky wheel. Needs a good deep clean and detail.
