- the host did not act in good faith considering we had to evacuate Pensacola Beech because of a mandatory government order. We needed to return the vehicle early and the host hide behind “the legal terms of agreement”. He was not flexible considering the circumstances due to the hurricane and mandatory government evacuation orders.

Now for the true story. The attitude was on him. He did not come in to the conversation, asking for a refund, he came in demanding a refund off of a nonrefundable reservation. He went into the reservation to save himself money and it did not work out for him and he was mad. I had six cars returned early and refunded the other five. And he acted with any decency I would have refunded the difference.
