The truck itself was great, but dealing with the host during an unexpected issue was highly stressful. When we experienced a tire issue, the host gave us incorrect advice that violated Turo policy (telling us to call AAA) and accused us of trying to abandon the vehicle while we were actively on the phone with Turo support arranging a tow. We handled the entire situation correctly through Turo, got the tire fixed, and returned the car. As first-time renters, we expected a seasoned host to be helpful, but instead, they handled the situation poorly and added unnecessary conflict.

I rent from Turo every month for about 2 years now. And this was the best experience I’ve had so far. Communication was awesome. It was my kids 6th birthday and she loved when we surprised her with the truck. Host was cool and answered any and all questions I had. I would definitely be coming back 🙏 RENT THIS TRUCK lol you won’t regret it.
