Great truck, I love them. Some improvements to be made. Cars should always be fully detailed before the customer collects them. This truck was not clean inside or out. They also need to get a bit more organized with getting clients access to the truck via the Tesla app as they arrive and not hours later. Two simple improvements to the service.
Hi! Thanks for renting our truck! We love it too. For anyone else that is reading this, he had the physical key to get inside. He is referring to app access and did not wait hours for it to open. He was able to use the car immediately. And I’m sorry the vehicle was a little dirtier than expected. The airport is a 30 minute drive for me so some bugs can be expected. We do appreciate that you have rented from us twice! Thank you so much!
