Had a great pick up drop off process. Truck ran great. Yes there is minor damage to back of truck bed, but was not an issue. It’s a truck.

Communication was absolutely terrible when picking up the vehicle. Due to construction, it’s not obvious where the truck is located and we had zero instructions on how to find the truck and find the keys to unlock it. We had to wait over 30 minutes after our trip start time to hear from the host. The truck ran great and it was clean. It’s a gas guzzler though, and the tires were pretty difficult in some settings.

Poor communication. Heavy damage on truck. Access to building was extremely limited due to construction with no notice given. Charged for fuel when I received the truck without a full tank. Extremely bad experience.
