Car was exactly what was listed. The location for pickup was a horrible long gravel driveway to trailer park with no shuttle service so we had to take a $40 taxi ride just to get the truck. Truck also reeked of cigarette smoke and we don’t smoke so it was really nasty smelling host said it was cleaned, found it hard to believe. It only had half a tank of fuel when we picked up the vehicle, so yet another surprise. Had great experience with other Turo rentals until this one. He would not even accommodate dropping off at airport, had to use a cheap off property lot that was kind enough to let us park there even though the truck didn’t have the correct stickers.

The pickup location was the one selected during booking. As a courtesy, we allowed a different return location and waived the usual delivery/parking fee. Airport shuttle service is only available with the airport delivery option. The truck was provided with half a tank, and guests only need to return it at the same fuel level, with no extra charge. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to provide the best experience for everyone .Wish you the best.
Car ran great although it's very loud. It is also extremely high off the ground. It is a lifted truck with modifications. Extremely cool drove very well. But I did not know that going in. And getting my handicap mother into the car was not simple. But Ricardo was great to work with.
