The Cybertruck was clean, in excellent condition, and a great drive. However, the host's check-in communication was unacceptable. At the exact start time of the trip, she was unreachable, ignored multiple calls and texts from both myself and Turo, and kept the vehicle locked with the key card inside. This unresponsiveness caused a 30-minute delay that disrupted a very tight schedule. Great car, but unreliable host management.
