Leandro was absolutely amazing! From the very first message, he made us feel completely at ease. Renting a Cybertruck for the first time can feel a little overwhelming — it’s unlike anything else out there — but he was incredibly patient, walked us through every single detail, taught us how to use all the features, and made sure we felt confident and ready before hitting the road.
He made everything so smooth and effortless. Not one question went unanswered, not one moment of uncertainty went unaddressed. You can tell he genuinely cares about the experience of the people renting from him, not just about handing over the keys.
