Even though I changed my flight to arrive in Omaha a few hours earlier than originally planned, Steve worked with me to make it a smooth pickup. There was a small problem with the app (the pickup and drop-off dates mysteriously changed) but it did not affect anything and was in no way Steve's fault. The truck ran great and met my needs perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Steve again.
