Host was great. The customer service rep was horrible. They are not clear on pick up area until you check out. I had to uber to and from the pickup spot after I selected the airport and they wouldn’t change it unless I paid $126 dollars. I won’t be using turo again.

We appreciate the feedback. The low tire pressure gauge was a faulty sensor that has since been corrected. The truck was parked in the designated parking lot Turo requires hosts to park in. Hosts cannot change the location.
