The first time I opened the passenger door and tried to close it, the passenger door latch would not allow the door to fully close. I messaged immediately and someone had to drive 30 minutes to meet me. It was obvious to me that this was a known issue, even though that was never admitted, because the guy had it fixed in a matter of minutes. I didn't want it to happen again so they did provide me with an alternative vehicle, however it wasn't what I had planned to rent. This issue ended up costing me an extra hour after I arrived and was very frustrating.
🌟Amanda, we’re truly sorry we want to clarify that we were not aware of the issue before your rental. When we dropped off the vehicle , the door was closing properly, and everything was working properly. We only give guest vehicles that are 100% and we would cancel the trip if it wasn’t!
There was no issue when we arrived & we still replaced the truck for your convenience.
