The listing was accurate, and our decision was based on the guest’s planned use of the vehicle, which contradicted Turo’s Terms of Service. We are required to follow Turo’s policies and will not allow prohibited use of our vehicles. Our response was not unreasonable, it was simply enforcing the rules that apply to every guest.

I am completely disappointed in this trip and vehicle. I picked vehicle up the day before my trip to load and be ready. The day of my trip I left that afternoon and broke down and hour and half into my trip. Was stranded for 4 hours without any resolution from turo or Moe for the safety and return of me and my daughter's. My husband saved the day and picked us up and got us to our destination.

We worked within Turo's process once the issue was reported, as roadside assistance and trip support are handled through Turo.
