I am completely disappointed in this trip and vehicle. I picked vehicle up the day before my trip to load and be ready. The day of my trip I left that afternoon and broke down and hour and half into my trip. Was stranded for 4 hours without any resolution from turo or Moe for the safety and return of me and my daughter's. My husband saved the day and picked us up and got us to our destination.
We're sorry to hear your trip did not go as planned. Vehicle issues can occur unexpectedly despite our regular maintenance, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. We worked within Turo's process once the issue was reported, as roadside assistance and trip support are handled through Turo. We also note that the vehicle was returned later than the scheduled return time. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to provide the best possible experience for our guests.
