Truck was clean and ready to go. Easy pick up and drop off directions and location. Perfect for our busy and complex business trip of 5 days. I appreciated the option to choose unlimited miles as our destination mileage and return was out of the range of daily mileage allowed. Communication was 4.5 because I did message about a check engine light that came on during the trip and never received any instruction or feedback so had to assume everything was ok and again when I was running late returning the vehicle I did not receive an ok or any response after notifying host of late return. However, even though I ended up running almost an hour behind schedule on returning the truck. The host gave me no problem and did not charge me a late fee which I truly appreciated coming home from a long and tiring business trip. Overall I still give five stars. Thanks!
