Tim was very unprofessional when picking up the vehicle, before I could walk up to the vehicle he asked to verify my ID I stated I sent it in on the app Tim then got upset and stated “ I still have to verify in person” knowing that he does not. Tim
threaten to end the trip when I did not say anything to him stating “he’s not liking the vibe.” Pick up time was at 7:00am I arrived at 7:02am I received a message stating “ time was of the essence” as if I was extremely late. Also when taking pictures of the vehicle he started to get impatient and then stated “ I’m losing money the longer I stand here with you. I would not rent from Tim at all he lacks professionalism in every way.
Thank you for the review. Basic communication, social and soft skills are very important to success. Respect to one another and for each other's time is paramount. Let's all be better and flourish!
