Do not rent this truck!!!!!! Let me tell you why. There is a Crack in the windshield drivers side. Lucky I did not get a ticket for it. There is no key fob for the truck, you have to use the key itself then manually unlock the doors. All the tools and jack for changing the tire were not in the truck. Tire was low on pressure when I got it so I added air before my trip and asked the host about the tools to change the tire. Host said to contact turo roadside assistance. Well come to find out in order to use that service you have to have paid for the added service. I asked several questions that I never got a response to and others took 4+ hours to answer. Lack of timley communication is also cleary documented by others. This is truly a work truck with dents and scratches everywhere inside and out. And like the last guy stated the back bumper is all pushed in. Make sure you document every spot which will take you an hour at check in and check out because he will file a claim for something you did not do as he did with me. Host does not even know how much air should be in the tires when I asked. He said look on the tire. Like I did not do that first. It only gives a max psi at load. There hapend to be a nail in the front tire that was low and the host is now filing a claim against me for a nail in the center of the tire that had to be there when I got the truck as that is the tire that was the lowest. The nail is in the center tread pattern and is a free fix at discount tire. As you can see from the canceled trips by the host and the last review, this host can not be trusted. First experience on turo and will be my last for sure.

The vehicle got me from A to B it’s the only positive remark I have for this vehicle.
The vehicle is wrecked, the rear bumper completely smashed in, and the transmission shifts horribly.
Once the vehicle was returned, the owner tried to push blame on me for the failing transmission. After I called out his BS he Then tries to buy positive feedback from me, and tells me that he left me a good review and to please not leave him a bad review… Which he never left me a review at all.
