Would like to rent again.

Terrible don’t EVER request this individual vehicle wish that he would have stated Tow hitch is not allowed in use, but he didn’t which is the only reason why I rented his truck in the first place other than that had no need to rent his vehicle.
There is a lock on the hitch, and it was there when the gentleman picked up the truck and the gentleman had even taken a photo of the back of the truck which included the lock on the trailer hitch.
He had the vehicle for about 4 hours before he contacted me in regards to the lock
