Truck was fine and didn’t have any major issues.
Check engine light came on intermittently on the last day.
DEF fluid was low towards end of the trip as we were on our way back to the airport even though we were a few hundred miles under our mileage limit.
Instructions weren’t the clearest and were a bit confusing to find the truck. Look at the trip photos for the key combo and truck location.
Also had to personally pay for parking when the instructions said there would be cash in the car to pay (there wasn’t).
Sorry you felt that way about your trip, wish you had communicated this so we could have responded or a phone call as I have Never had less than 5 Stars in 8 years Turo renting. Turo Provides Map Location service as well as the Zone Location in the pictures as we do not charge an Airport Delivery as we stated in our Q&A if over 1 Day Parking $12 we would have provided if needed. DEF Fluid is filled up regularly, there is no gauge & warning light will come on at 25% still allowing 1,000+ miles

Super easy pickup, absolutely beautiful truck. More than capable of what we needed it to do. We had a great time utilizing this truck on a long family camp weekend. Had to add some fluids, but Carl was accessible and super helpful guiding us through it. Would absolutely recommend to rent from Carl in the future!
