Disrespectful. Lacks accountability. Rented me a dangerous and unreliable vehicle. Then harassed and disrespected me calling me a liar and attacking my integrity because his vehicle broke down.
The vehicle didn’t brake down , it was just a sneaky way of the customer to get out of a rental that she realized that had a mileage limit . Completely dishonest, tow truck driver was wondering what was wrong with the vehicle since he drove it on and off the truck as well as in the parking lot . Unreliable guest!
