Zero stars if I could. This reservation had to be canceled immediately due to critical safety violations that made the vehicle completely unsafe to take on the road. On top of the vehicle's blatant safety issues, the host attempted unauthorized off-platform cash charges in direct violation of Turo policy and became completely unresponsive when it came to vehicle access and basic check-in instructions.
Turo Support had to step in, cancel the trip, and process an immediate full refund. Renting from this host is a massive safety hazard and an absolute logistical nightmare—avoid at all costs.
