I have communicated with you throughout the time, however, you weren’t responsible for your actions upon returning my truck. I wished you were honest!

Not super clear Instructions on where to pick the car up.
I have given the instructions clearly and submitted it at the check in instructions as well. I’ve also accommodated the guests emergency situation and extended the rent even though I had another booking.
