Car was great! Very spacious and clean and service was incredible!

Truck was beat up, lots of body damage and truck bed had an inch deep dirt that I had to sweep out prior to use. Also very high mileage that made me uncomfortable for reliability. Host was completely unresponsive, only AI bot answers, never an actual person. Good thing I didn’t have any urgent issues. Yuck.

Unfortunately, it is a rental vehicle dedicated to our business and is constantly rented out by many happy customers, which gives it high mileage. The vehicle listing does show existing damage such that guests are well informed.

We ensure our vehicles are handwashed interior and exterior by a car wash vendor Auto Prid Car Wash; we apologize if the cleanliness was not to the guest's expectations.
Additionally, this guest or one of their passengers smoked in our vehicle as there is a strong marijuana smell and ash in the cup holders.
