The car was awesome. It is in perfect condition and I received it super clean, in time, and with no hassle. I only regret not being able to use the FSD which was advertised as included in the car listing, but it ended up not being subscribed.

Awful experience. We got a flat tire while in the middle of the road. The car had very worn tires. We were traveling with two kids. This car didn't have a spare tire, so road rangers couldn't help us. The owner response was to contact Turo, which wasn't helpful at all. We had to get our issue solved, resulting in providing a replacement tire, which Turo refuses to refund. The owner never showed a bit of concern about our situation, didn't even call to know how we were doing stranded in the middle of the road with our kids.

Jose, I’m sorry for what happened to you, you had a flat tire with a Nail. The tires are in perfect condition. I told you that in this situation you had to go through the correct process of Turo recovery and you didn’t want to wait for Turo. In the end, you ended buying a non Cybertruck tire without my approval or Turo’s approval which is why they refuse to cover the cost of the cheap used tire you install on my car. I showed as much concern as possible while providing you with the guidance.
