They charged me extra without any reason. After I returned the car, I was charged a lot of fees. They didn't tell me at first that I had to return the car with the exact same battery level. Since the car was charging for free, I didn't check the remaining battery level before returning the car. If they had told me in advance that I had to return the car with a full battery, it wouldn't have wasted much of my time or cost me anything. But after I returned the car, they started deducting from my deposit.

The charge mentioned was related to the vehicle being returned with less battery than at pickup, not for using the Supercharging during the trip. This return requirement was clearly stated in the trip instructions provided before the trip. I always aim to provide clear communication and a smooth, professional experience for every guest.

This was our first time using Turo. The experience was amazing. The car was in great condition and getting in the car when we picked it up was easy. The Full Self Driving feature made our trip so easy and it felt like we had our own personal driver. The host was very helpful and his reaction time was really quick. The whole experience was easy, safe and nothing but amazing.
