The jeep was fine but the communication was poor .. they left the wrong parking ticket in the car, so once I got to the gate to pay and leave, it refused because the ticket was not recognized. The consequences were not fun .. back everyone up, had to go to the cashier ( who also verified the ticket and said it wasn’t good) she told me to back up once more and find the proper ticket … you could imagine the headaches.. meanwhile I was trying to speak with someone from LA Motors, asked several times for their contact number … they would only text message and never admitted to the problem … basically said to follow the instructions ( which I had done ) … after a long flight.. it wasn’t a great experience … no apologies nothing
