Car quality was in poor shape. Many issues with the car.
For starters, the window buttons didn’t work, On the driver side .The side driver mirror is broken.( you have to manually fix each time ). The charge port door is broken and flaps in the wind on speeds above 55 mph. There is a strong smoke smell in the car . The suspension also is not level. The front suspension sits higher than the rear.
The car unfortunately has been dogged by previous renters.
Positive note: the car has full self drive and works like a charm. Great sound system, and the host is very friendly.
Your feedback has been well received and yes the truck has been dogged by previous renters and I can only assume the mirror was broken by Tesla hating vandals. I explained how to work the windows despite the controls being broken. And clearly explained the issues with the truck prior to the rental via direct message. I should have updated the vehicle description on the app to more accurately describe the truck prior to booking but failed to do so. Everything will be repaired by the end of today
