Pros:
-Car was clean
-Quick and friendly communication
-Included FSD which is a big W
Cons:
-The car did not start on day 5/9 due to some power voltage issue so had to be returned. Was handled very quickly though.
-Not a fan of strict charging only between 20-80 range but that was stated early.
Overall, outside of car dying on me it was a good experience.

You give us four stars because the Cybertruck broke down? How is that our fault? Everything that we are able to control you are happy with the service, the communication but you blame us when the Cybertruck breaks down. Even though I got on the phone instantly to Tesla and had it picked up within an hour and also call Turo to arrange a new vehicle for you. I did everything possible to make the inconvenience as palatable as possible.
Naree is an absolutely fantastic host and the 2024 Cybertruck was the highlight of our family trip to Orlando! The truck was spotless and an incredible experience to drive. Naree’s communication was excellent from start to finish—she was extremely proactive, helpful with Supercharger tips, and made sure we had everything we needed. Getting the Tesla App extra is definitely worth it. I highly recommend booking with her and would definitely rent again!
