Appointment is good , but I have some issues
The only issue was that you claimed of the truck smelling of smoke when you picked it up which was not true at all. I personally dropped the truck off and am highly against smoke. However, when I picked the truck up after your trip was over, it did in fact smell of smoke. Which means you broke the rules by smoking in the truck. Your claim of smelling of smoke was actually a manipulation tactic so you would get away with smoking. It’s truly sad how you treated me and my vehicle.
