The car itself was great. However, I had an issue with the parking charges. I paid $30 to exit the airport parking, which was fine. Then, after my trip ended, the host charged me another $30. I asked why, but decided to go ahead and pay the invoice. Now that I received my deposit back, I noticed another $30 was deducted. In total, I ended up paying $90 for parking on a two-day trip. Unfortunately, that made for a disappointing experience overall.
No extra charges on our end... You were explained, that delivery to the airport requires payment of parking, and reviewing us poorly due to Turo's policies is unfair and has nothing to do with us, and retaliatory.
