Not a good experience. The truck was dropped off 45 mins late. I had to ask for instructions to be sent in how to find it. It smelled like vape/weed and I found a vape under the driver seat. The cloth seats are badly stained. The deodorizer might be worse than the vape smell. We never rolled up the window yet still had the smell all over us and our luggage. The gas was not full - had roughly 190 miles - which is not terrible but every other Turo I have rented was full upon start of the trip. In good news it worked just fine and it attractive on the outside. I was told they would discuss and resolution but I had not heard back in 48 hours. Turo gave me a 50 percent refund when I reported the experience and sent photos. We’ve had very positive experiences just about every other time using Turo.

This truck is beautiful and practically brand new. Drove like a dream. Easy pickup and drop off at the economy garage at Logan Airport. I loved that it had adaptive cruise control and Android auto via Bluetooth. It was very comfortable and everything worked perfectly.
