Everything was smooth but specifically the communication was 5 stars! I hate renting a car and not being able to communicate with the owner. This rental was great!

Poor car quality. Tire pressure lights on. Battery died. Was asked to go discount tires lol. Then delivered a new car and had the same issue. Didn’t even receive the replacement car with a full tank of gas. Then got hit with invoices after the rental.

Came over from the UK and used the car for 2 weeks loved it, hubby drove round like a propa Texan and felt right at home, me on the other hand had anxiety with the roads, the host was brilliant response time near perfect, helpful and polite. Loved the ranger I now want one to add to our car collection at home will hopefully use this host again when we come back
