The host was good, fair and responsive. We really liked the vehicle and its features. I WOULD NOT drive this vehicle long distances though, that I found out the hard way. Apart from that experience was good and I will use again. Also, please note that Tesla Supercharger stations give VERY low recharge (75-85) and are VERY costly. I liked the EVgo stations and try the truck stops like Flying J or Pilot.
