John was easy to communicate with and the car was easy to find fairly close to our arrival area. The car was clean and great.

The host made everything super easy. He had great communication. The car was in perfect shape and fully cleaned. It was also very fun to drive. I would certainly use this host in the future and definitely recommend using him.

An excellent experience all around! John was helpful and communicative as I sorted out charging the vehicle in a state new to me. Truck is pristine and very fun to drive. Love the way it handles steep and windy roads as well as city traffic. With that much power you really need to use Supercharger stations for efficiency but California seems to have plenty of those through a variety of providers.
