This was my first time renting through Turo, and Steve was incredibly communicative and I appreciated his clear directions! We had a positive experience from start to finish. The shuttle to where the car was parked was easy to get on and the car was easy to find/pick up/drop off. The Jeep was lovely, clean, and fun to drive. We would be happy to rent from Steve again in the future.
