Great experience overall. He was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. The truck was extremely clean and honestly in better condition than the vehicles I normally rent from Avis. Everything was smooth, communication was great, and pickup/drop-off was simple and convenient. I really enjoyed driving the truck no issues at all. You can tell he takes care of his vehicles and wants customers to have a good experience. I would absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and clean rental vehicle. Also a smooth experience 👍
