The truck was great, easy pickup and will definitely rent again!

Everything went pretty smoothly with our trip. There was a mechanical issue with the truck when we first picked it up, but Nathaniel was very responsive and met us to take care of it quickly. Other than that, it was great!

Great Turo experience!

Unsafe vehicle. Horn was not working. Neither was the headlight. Pickup is not at the airport. Had to take an Uber to the location.
A message was sent out immediately telling you about our location and where to pick up the vehicle. No Turo is allowed physically at the airport. The vehicle is a perfectly safe running vehicle the headlight burnout as it happens in vehicles once in a while. It will be fixed immediately! Mahalo for your business.
