Me and my wife stayed on Kauai for 17 days and this truck was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room to haul your beach, camping, adventure gear. On top of that, it runs very smooth, the interior was very clean and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and fast to communicate. Will definitely be booking through here again!

I was disappointed with the unsanitary experience. After a 1.5-hour drive in the rental, I felt something crawling on my neck and discovered it was a roach. Shortly after, I found about half a dozen more roaches inside a bag containing food I had purchased for my family, which had to be thrown away.
I immediately reported the issue and was ultimately compensated $50. While I appreciate the compensation, finding multiple roaches inside a rental vehicle—especially having one crawl on me—is completely unacceptable. This was one of the worst experiences with Turo, and I would not rent this vehicle again.
