Very disappointed with this rental experience. Communication completely stopped once I had reached out with concerns about how the jeep was running and never received a response back. The Jeep felt run down and did not seem properly maintained. Due to this we had to pack into my sister’s rental car for certain trips because the jeep going uphill sounded like it wasn’t going to make it. He only reached back out once trip was over to explain where to leave the jeep.. then once it’s finally over he sends me a picture of the full gas tank that wasn’t full enough so he charged me $16 plus a $10 inconvenience fee. Sadly not a great experience for us.

I’m sorry you felt this way. Jeeps run rough. They definitely are not a luxury vehicle. I drove this vehicle last week for a couple days and ran great! If you return the tank not full, I’m sorry but we do fill it. We start every trip with a full tank of gas!
