Ricky and Mel delivered the best Turo experience I’ve had to date. From the moment I picked up the vehicle to the moment I returned it, everything was seamless. Communication was prompt, pickup and drop-off were effortless, and the Jeep Gladiator was immaculate, exceptionally well maintained, and exactly as described.
What really drove home the importance of that maintenance was something completely unexpected. While driving to a remote filming location, I was caught in the middle of a sudden tornado. The Gladiator handled the conditions beautifully and gave me confidence when I needed it most. It was a powerful reminder that when hosts genuinely take care of their vehicles, it isn’t just about appearances—it can make a real difference when the unexpected happens.
Ricky and Mel clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows in every aspect of the experience. They have absolutely set the standard for what Turo hosts should be. I won’t hesitate to book with them again, and they’ll be my first choice whenever I need a rental vehicle in the future.
