Generally the vehicle and experience was good, a couple areas that definitely need improvement, communication and accuracy of said communication. The vehicle was not parked where we were told it was parked, after walking around we found it an aisle over. Furthermore, the vehicle doesn't include a charging kit, which means you are limited to superchargers and other public charging options, there is a single adapter. Our AirBnb had charging capabilities, that's what we planned on using, however the kit was not included, as a result we had to use a supercharger, which proved to be inconvenient. Furthermore, the vehicle had about 70% charged when I picked it up, it should have been charged to 100%. As a result I had to go find a supercharger, which was inconvenient. I own a Tesla and am very comfortable with it, I made some assumptions, that's on me, nonetheless I felt the experience was a bit below average.

Secondly, the listing nowhere states that a charging kit is included—which is just as well, given that unscrupulous individuals often either steal them or simply forget to return them. Thirdly, if you own a Tesla, you should know that charging to 80% is the recommended standard to preserve battery health
