We had an incredible time with the Cybertruck. Full Self Driving was a game changer! Especially through Vegas traffic. Rates with Kate and Corey are of good value and they're absolutely delightful to talk to and gave some solid suggestions for our planned trip. I enjoyed this ride so much. It was super simple to use, I was able to relax and do my work meetings as I rode with the FSD mode. If I come back any time soon I WILL book again! And the hospitality of the owners was great. They communicated very well and gave great instructions the entire way.

I’ve rented Teslas in the past but this host told me since I didn’t purchase the self driving upgrade they were putting the car in valet mode. For those who don’t know valet mode limits the speed and acceleration of the vehicle. So essentially they wanted to hinder the ride unless I paid more to unlock the full car. I found that utterly ridiculous and honestly extortionate which I voiced to the host. They did “waive” the extra fee but I feel as if that’s wrong. It’s not like the renter is causing a charge to the host as the host already is paying for it regardless. It’s as if they want to pass their car fees onto the renter in a extortionate way. The car itself ran fine with no issues and alignment was good. The choice of decals I think are a bit obnoxious for a rental vehicle. I understand they’re in the pictures but still feel like there shouldn’t be any decals on a car you’re renting. Other than that pickup and delivery was smooth. Host was polite as well even after voicing my opinion.

the complaints that this guest had are fully detailed in the listing of the vehicle including the self driving upgrades and the "decals." Ultimately it was worked out and don't feel his 3 star review is valid with everything being up front and in the description. He Ultimately just didn't want to pay for features which he used and wanted a fully unlocked vehicle and continued to turn the safety features off.
