Truck was great. Did not use however per tow policy. Picked up at 1224 tried to return at 142 and return was rejected. Return policy forced a 2 day charge. 🤐🤨😶
My baad for not inquiring about tow policy before rental. 😔 However, truck was great truck!!!

Another great experience with Erik and his team! They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and understanding throughout the entire process. He was willing to work with my budget, which I really appreciated, and he answered all of my questions without ever making me feel like a bother. The communication was excellent, the whole process was smooth, and I felt like they genuinely cared about making sure I had a good experience. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and accommodating host!
